A Rough End to a Transfer

So this week was kinda a rough one over all. Our baptizm fell through cause he said that God appeared to him in a dream and told him that he should be baptized the first of June.... He is a person a little strange but oh well. Hopefully he isn’t just trying to avoid baptism. But the worst part of the week is that we are having problems with the members. A lot of them are being really lazy in their callings and putting all of their responsibilities on us. No one wants to do their home teaching or visit members that are in need. We asked them to visit some members but these members have still not been visited. They also ask us every week to pass the sacrament, which I don’t have a problem with, it is just it is taking away the responsibility and the opportunity of others to exercise their priesthood in the ward. After all, this is not my ward. But one thing good is that we found a really good family to teach. So it was the less active we met a few weeks back. We finally got to teach his wife and she is really, really interesting and really cool. She told us she was really interested in the Book of Mormon and wanted to read it cover to cover to know what is in it. The less active is a Free Mason and I am learning a lot about Masons right now. Ends up they got a good part of the truth, after all Joseph Smith was instructed to become a Mason to restore a good part of the truth on earth. But this helps cause his wife is really acceptive and willing to listen and basically believes in everything we say. However, she was still a little reluctant about marking a baptismal date but hopefully next time we can mark one with her. Sorry I don’t have a lot of time this week to write! This week is transfer week so I will maybe be getting a new comp or staying with the same as well as go to a new area to work. I am kinda hoping a stay just to teach this family, although this ward is driving me nuts! Anyways sorry I don’t have any new pictures. I love you all so much and hope you all have a fantastic week!
